Approximately 300 athletes, and another 600-700 folks between spectators, coaches, volunteers, and media, representing 20 teams from 7 states participated in the inaugural Top Gun 7v7 Chicago Tournament. The event was very well organized and garnished a lot of positive feedback from the participating teams.

Play began shortly after 8:00am and went straight through the day until approximately 9:30pm. The morning featured pool play games followed by a single elimination tournament bracket.
 

Here are the Final Results & 'Hardware' winners:

1st-place: Indy Select
2nd-place: BOOM Black
*Both of these teams are invited to compete at the IMG7v7 National Championship in June.

This event aims to grow to a larger field of teams in the future, and shouldn't have any issue doing so with huge number of 7v7 teams that have erupted throughout the midwest region.
